Sky is the limit ......As one of CLHP's chief objectives, we strive to provide all of our staff with a rewarding and challenging career with the opportunity for advancement.  With proper guidance and supervision, we allow our professionals to advance as quickly as they are willing and capable of doing.  We look for our professionals to demonstrate competence, a solid work ethic, professional ambition, and a drive for excellence and cooperation among themselves and our clients.

 

We are careful to properly place our staff within our firm's operating environment and, as a guide, we use a employee classification structure as follows:

  1. Staff I Accountant
  2. Staff II Accountant
  3. Senior Accountant
  4. Manager
  5. Partner

As mentioned elsewhere, we are a fully diversified firm with traditional tax and audit practices in addition to our non-traditional services.  We are not strictly departmentalized between "audit" and "tax" staff classifications and hope to give all of our employees, particularly the younger staff, the opportunity to explore both the audit and tax practice areas.  Generally, as Staff I and II Accountants become more experienced, a natural inclination to a specific practice area becomes apparent and we will work with our staff in placing them in their preferred practice area where specific expertise can be developed.
