Why CLHP?CLHP employs over thirty people, yet, we are always looking for qualified personnel to work with us as we grow.  CLHP offers a challenging and rewarding professional experience to those on our staff.  Unlike some smaller firms, we provide all training and continuing education courses for the staff.  We also encourage community involvement for those persons so inclined and we are flexible with employees in meeting these civic responsibilities.

 

We feel that we have a lot to offer our employees.  We have a very diverse client base which means staff will be exposed to many different professional services, niches, and industries.  We will work closely with staff in developing their natural aptitudes and in determining what types of professional services and niches they are best suited.  We offer our staff one-on-one contact with clients and partners from the beginning.  We promote a "firm" approach and consider all of our employees to be an integral part of our "firm family".
